1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Matrimonialle account, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Matrimonialle is intended exclusively for adults aged 18+ seeking a serious relationship leading to marriage. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do not meet this criterion.
3. User conduct
It is prohibited to create fake profiles or impersonate another person, harass other users, request money, loans, banking details, or cryptocurrency from another member, share illegal or offensive content, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes. Profiles and messages may go through moderation, and accounts showing signs of a financial scam ("romance scam") are banned and may be reported to the authorities.
4. Compatibility algorithm
Matrimonialle uses a proprietary algorithm to suggest the most compatible profiles possible, based on the information users themselves provide. Match suggestions are indicative only: they are not a guarantee of real-life compatibility, of the accuracy of the other user's information, or of the suggested person's trustworthiness. It is up to you to get to know the other person, at your own pace and by your own judgment, before trusting them or making any commitment.
5. Free access and future plans
During the launch phase, Matrimonialle is free: all members have full access to the platform at no charge. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; in that case, members will be notified in advance and no charge will be made without express consent.
6. Account termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data after deletion.
7. Verification, identity, and limitation of liability
Matrimonialle facilitates connections but does not investigate or guarantee any user's real identity, marital status, intentions, or the accuracy of the information they declare — including when we display a verified-profile badge, which attests only to a basic identity check, not to the person's character or intentions. We are not a party to and do not mediate any agreement, relationship, marriage, or arrangement made between users, including those motivated by financial interest or by obtaining a visa/citizenship: if two adults freely consent to such an arrangement, responsibility for it is entirely theirs, and any fraud committed against immigration authorities or any other public body is unlawful conduct that is the sole responsibility of those involved, never Matrimonialle's. We strongly recommend never sending money, banking details, documents, or sensitive information to someone you met through the platform without first independently verifying their identity, and taking the usual safety precautions for in-person meetings. We are not liable for financial losses, emotional harm, or any damage arising from other users' conduct on or off the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or within the platform.
