We collect profile data (identity, appearance, lifestyle, values, personality, health and habits), photos, messages exchanged on the platform, and usage and approximate location data needed for matching.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to calculate compatibility, display your profile to other users according to your settings, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors (Stripe, PagSeguro), infrastructure providers (photo storage), and authorities when required by law.
4. Account deletion and data retention
When you request account deletion, your profile stops being shown to other users immediately. Your personal data remains stored under restricted access for up to 6 months, a period needed to respond to potential authority requests investigating unlawful conduct. After this period, the data is permanently anonymized, in accordance with applicable data protection law (LGPD/GDPR).
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time, under LGPD and equivalent regulations (GDPR, for users in the European Union).
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access control, and active content moderation to protect your account and data.
